Hailing from the Cleveland, OH area, Chef Alex Foradori is a seasoned culinary professional. He studied economics and finance from Bowling Green State University, he further honed his skills with studies in Hospitality Management at the University of Akron.

Chef Alex's culinary prowess first graced Davenport Country Club, where he served as the Executive Chef from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, he showcased his culinary expertise as the Executive Chef at Westfield Country Club. Following his tenure with us, he assumed the role of Food and Beverage Director at Shaker Heights Country Club from 2016 to 2019.

His culinary journey continued as Chef Alex took on the position of Executive Chef for two renowned restaurant groups in the greater Cleveland area. Notably, he made significant contributions to The Rail and Hecks Cafe, showcasing his creativity in menu design and meticulous attention to detail.

Chef Alex's diverse experiences and proven track record have played a pivotal role in the success of Davenport Country Club. His ability to efficiently manage multiple outlets, coupled with his innovative approach to menu design, has elevated the overall dining experience for our members.
