Terry has 30 years of previous general management experience at 3 different country clubs in addition to a number of years F & B experience in public restaurants and hotels since he was 15 years old. Terry is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a BS in Business Administration; he was elected the President of the Mid America Chapter of the Club Managers Association of America in 1996 which covers the west half of Missouri and the east section of Kansas comprising 27 Country Clubs. He has over 1,000 hours of continuing education, attended BMI II at Cal Poly in Pomona, California, and BMI III Michigan State in Lansing, Michigan. Terry has a two sons; Bradley that lives in Kansas and Evan who lives in Colorado.
Director of Facilities
Warren caddied at Davenport Country Club numerous years in the 1960s and became Caddie Master. He started working on the DCC grounds crew in high school. Warren became the grounds superintendent in 1999 and was named Iowa superintendent of the year twice in 2008 and 2012. He continued as Superintendent until 2014 at which time he became the Director of Facilities. He also oversees the housekeeping and is the CPO of the swimming pool. He is married to his wife Lori and they have two sons Kyle and Alex.
Event Coordinator & Front of house manager
Heather has been the Front of the House Manager and Event Coordinator since 2014. She has worked in the F & B Service industry her entire career in the Quad City Area. She was the GM of the Red Crow Grill, which was consistently rated one of the top fine dining restaurants in the Midwest region. She also was the corporate trainer for Darden Restaurants, training new service employees at The Olive Garden. She traveled for Darden and helped open new restaurants in various locations, assisting and training the management team and their staff. She resides in Eldridge with her husband and two sons.
Dining Room Manager
Chris has been with Davenport County Club since 2005 and has been serving as the Dining Room Manager since 2011. Chris also publishes our newsletter and manages our website. He resides in Davenport with his wife Jill who he married in January of 2018. They share a passion for their pets; 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Dining Room Manager
Steve has been our dining room manager since June of 2015, and he also manages the website. Steve has degrees in finance and business administration which he combines with his passion for food and beverage to excel in the workplace. Prior to DCC he worked for Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, Colorado as a Night Auditor training as the Senior Accounting Specialist. He moved back to the Quad Cities to be closer to friends and family. In addition to F & B, traveling is another strong passion. He has traveled to 19 countries so far, from the Greek Islands to the Taj Mahal.
Pat has served as the Office Manager of Davenport Country Club since 2005. Her family is from Long Grove and she resides in Park View with her husband, who is a licensed social worker with a private practice. They have two sons, Chad and Eric who both reside in Davenport and a very special grand dog, Wilson. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, sports and of course they are avid Iowa Hawkeye sports fans. They have been season ticket holders to Iowa football for 30 years, and also enjoy their baseball, basketball and wrestling as well
